In general, Tutors guide and advise students in each year of their course, in collaboration with all other teaching services. Tutoring is specifically aimed at providing information on:

  • types of dissertations
  • study plans
  • substituting exams
  • professors' office hours
  • placement tests for students studying Foreign Languages.

Tutors are also available to mediate between students and teaching staff in cases of inefficiency or misunderstandings about teaching matters, in order to
make course organisation more efficient. For problems specifically related to study programmes (choice of courses, exam needs, difficulties in integrating and
settling into academic life), foreign exchange students should contact the Tutor assigned to them on arrival, or else the Department ECTS and LLP/ERASMUS coordinator. Appointments can be made by contacting the teachers at their e-mail address.
